I tried to order my wedding dress from coast and their awful site told me that my billing address was wrong! Which it was not, their site was down. Now I can't go out and buy a dress elsewhere because they have taken £695 from me and haven't returned the money despite me emailing them 3 times. My bank say the money is pending. It has been the worse experience ever and I am yet to find out when I will be repaid. Basically if you have a problem with them you can make a complaint via email that's it, but then never to be replied to. I wish I had read the reviews here first!
