Excellent customer service, I called the infoline, the agent had all the answers to my questions. I asked about many things concerning different financial instruments. They offer good conditions on indices, but also share trading is worth with City Index.

The platform is very intuitive, easy to handle. You can find everything very fast. Call center agents speak different languages, so if you are lucky, the agent is able to speak in your native language, if you are eg. a foreigner.
