“My first dealings with Handtec - excellent”

I was looking to buy a Garmin Edge 200, but when I saw that Handtec.co.uk had the Edge 500 for not a lot more, and a good deal cheaper than anyone else, I had to go for it (impulse buy!). It was also so easy to pay through Amazon. After I'd placed the order, I searched and found a few poor reviews online about Handtec so I was a bit worried. When I received an e-mail to say my payment hadn't gone through (my fault - I'd selected an old credit card), I even considered cancelling. I'm so glad I didn't. I corrected the payment information on Friday morning and the parcel arrived in the post Saturday morning! And this was the cheapest form of delivery! It was well-packaged and in perfect condition. So pleased. By the way, the Edge 500 is amazing too!
