“One EXPENSIVE Call!!!”

Customer service from One Call when I rang to cancel my policy was terrible. The Woman on the phone was most unprofessional and rude. Didnt seem to care. Kept putting me on hole with out telling me then coming back after 30 minutes and launched into a complicated explaination of why they were charging me £165 for cancelling my insurance! I had to ask her to repeat. Still none the wiser now! I expected a small cancellation fee but this was outrageous! They dont seem like they know what they are doing and keep sending loads of emails and letters requesting things they already have. Goodness knows how it made it to me because they managed to get my postcode worng. Very incomptent staff and will fleece you when you try to leave. DONT DO WHAT I DID AND GO FOR THE CHEAP INITIAL PRICE!!! Find a good quality insurer like TOYOTA... Now they are awesome!
