“Menu needs more detail”

Visited Brighton branch, husbands soup style meal with fish was nice as was starter of duck, however my meal wasn't very pleasant, there was no explanation shown of what the types of noodles were on the menu (as far as I could see), and when my meal arrived the noodles were not appealing "Urdo" or something similar, which looked like large worms putting me off, I could not eat it and so ordered an alternative which I was able to eat but consisted of rice with curry sauce and chicken like something from Kentucky very disappointing, staff helpful but we were charged for the meal I couldn't eat so over all very expensive, if we visit again I will ask for an explanation of my choice.
