“valentines day 2012 & mothers day 2013”

last year my husband order flowers to arrive at my work, they eventually turned up at 6pm, damaged ,the box they were in was broken and wet.
this year my daughter sent me some flowers from my grandson for mothers day , she recieved at e-mail late afternoon saying the depatched goods will be delayed and sent the following day ! NOT GOOD THE DAY AFTER MOTHERS DAY !! when i got home from work they had been placed outside my front door, i personally think M&S NEED TO STICK TO CLOTHES AND FOOD.
our family will never order again from their florist department.
