“Webfusion/Donhost are unbeatable for performance & service”

We've had our websites with Donhost since the day they began almost 20 years ago, and we progressed from reseller hosting to shared servers, to dedicated servers. There have been a VERY few hardware and connectivity problems along the way but their 24/7 support is always top notch, and fast. Often they're dealt with before we even know they're a problem, and when we find out first the Donhost team are literally a click or a call away, and they get the job done quickly. What we love most is that (like last night) you can holler for help with a dead dedicated server (RAID controller failure) at 3.15am over the weekend, and an engineer is right there on the spot. It's hard to believe that anyone offers such fast, efficient service in this day and age. Well done, Donhost (actually a brand of Webfusion)
