“Avoid like the Plague”

I booked a holiday, never got any infomation but yet took our money, 2 days before flying we had nothing, got some rude lady in the admin department and said to write in by e-mail.... I called the hotel that we were booked into and nothing to say we were booked into that hotel.

We didnt go on holiday but yet they still have our £3001 and fighting for our money back.

PAY THE LITTLE EXTRA AND GO WITH A HIGH STREET SHOP
