I ordered a prom dress from diydress on 31/1/13 and was told that my dress would be here before the 4th of March as I was having it custom fitted. When it got to the 4th of March the dress was still not here, so I went on the Live Chat customer service, who told me the dress was being shipped out the day after. 2 days went by and my dress finally came... in the wrong colour and with no tags - which need to be there in order to receive a full refund - so I got in contact with the Live Chat customer service again who then told me to contact the manager. After waiting 2 days for a reply from the manager, he told me that basically there is nothing they can do about it as it isn't a fault of their own. I then got back in touch with customer service via the Live Chat, and coincidently the manager was not there to resolve this problem. I would not advise anybody to order from this site!!!
