I,d never heard of this company before and as they had ;singapore airlines on the site ;I went ahead and booked.all ok until we arrived in singapore for an overnight stay ,we found none was booked for us and we had to pay for our own hotel and taxi .As we had asked for the stay and rang and asked if there was any more papers etc we needed we feel this is wisemisers bill .we have e.mailed constantly and never got a reply . im very disappointed about this as id rectified a mistake on the Visas theyd made so alas wont be using them again .
