“This company made me sad. Aweful hosing renewal service”

I really like simply paying for a good product and keeping it running. Ok I may pay a premium but I'd sooner have something good than cheap.

I've never had such a problem with trying to pay for a product, Nor have I ever been treated so badly by a call centre person.

Their service made me sad and gave me lots of stress - Please go somewhere else unless you want the same. Worse Indian call centre I've ever used. They refused to listen, talked over me and hung up on me.
They disconnected my hosting: even after I'd paid, had reassurances from them that everything was fine, informing me that It was my problem that they couldn't see the payment from my bank. they treated me like I was inferior. All i wanted was to have a nice chat, give them some money and keep my service running.

I deserve better ... Don't you?
