“Poor Customer Service”

I called SmartFares phone number to inquire about a deal on a flight that you could only recieve through calling becasue it was a lower unpulbished rate. Well I waited 20+ minutes until I was able to talk to someone and the represented was very rude. The deal that was listed on the website was no longer available, so he was trying to find other flights I could possibly take. While talking to him, he raised his voice, was rude, and was not helpful. I was very disappointment and will think twice about using SmartFare again because of this representative.
