Been with Tmobile since the days they were called mercury. (over 17 years!)
The last two years, they have really gone downhill.
The signal is just poor. Always just seem to get 2 bars.
More importantly, I kept noticing charges for voicemail and calls on my phone bills. I don’t even have voicemail set up! And Im 100% sure I never made these calls. the Bill was £130. I challenged the charges but didn’t get me anywhere. All they say is, “The charges were applied correctly.”
Recently I noticed data charges applied for the past two months. They charged me £24 for just a measly 3mb of data for two straight months. I have unlimited data and I rarely even use it!!! No exaggeration, I don’t even use it. But they charged me.
Again tried challenging them. Nothing. The staff were rude and just don’t care. The lady I spoke to began snapping at me and talking to me like a child. Totally uncalled for as I was speaking to here politely and well, normally. She must have needed a fag break or was just sick of her job. Well Im sorry Tmobile customer services staff, maybe you should have done better in school.
If they literally gave me my refund of £50 total, I would have stayed and renewed my contract, purely because I cant be bothered to look for another carrier. But enough was enough now. Im gone.
I have today cancelled one of my lines and will do the same for my other line. The guy I spoke to today even said, it depends who you get on the day for them to give you refunds, etc.
Very poor and I wont be returning.
