“OK company but I was fined...has this happened to you?”

We are sure we parked within the designated parking space for Zipcar when we returned the car but were charged £140 by the local authority.

In regards Zipcar, I have been waiting for a response to questions about the fine for weeks now.

Potentially a very good company but in this instance very slow to respond.
