“new bike with scratches and damaged wheel + poor service”

I went to Evans in Clapham on Saturday 2nd March 2013 in the morning to test the 2 bikes I ordered with the intention to buy one of them. Both of them had actually scratches, one of them had a damaged wheel and cables clips replaced by cheap cables ties (they of course did not mention this to us, we noticed by our own!)...When we asked to talk to the manager, he did not come over and when he finally went out of his office, my partner went to talk to him and he replied "talk to the sales man"! Really poor service (damaged new bikes!???) and sales persons and manager were just hopeless and unprofessional. I will not go back in Evans and would not recommend them!
