“Good enough service”

Although the service and customer support was stellar, I think the fees could have been a bit lower. Although I've never remortgaged my home before, I have heard of better remortgaging deals from friends. I managed to reduce my mortgage by about 200 pounds a month, so either way it was worth it remortgaging, but I'm starting to think I could have done it for cheaper. At the same time you get what you pay for, so I don't think cheaper is the best option.

For the price that I paid these guys, I think I got a decent service.
