“Dreadful Customer Service”

I ordered products in November when they had the special offer of a free gift with buying two. My shampoo and conditioner turned up five days later, but the free gift didn't. So phoned them up and asked where it was, they said it was out of stock but will be sent out within the next week. Nothing turned up in December, so phoned at the beginning of January. Still same response, it will be sent out within a week. Phoned up end of January, same old story. Mid February, same old, same old. Then when I phoned up earlier this week, the lady in customer service told me that since it's past 40 days there is nothing they can do, especially since the free gift is out of stock. When I said why didn't someone tell me right at the beginning, she said that free gifts weren't guaranteed and subject to availability. I queried why this wasn't mentioned on each and every call I'd made, to which she replied, "oh I don't know". I asked her to get her manager to give me a call, and gave my number - and yes, you guessed it, still waiting ....

Will never, ever order from this company again, and will make it my mission to tell as many people as possible about how dreadful they are.
