Hard to make changes
The hotel we booked was great and at a great rate. I made a mistake on the date and had to change the arrival day and could only do it by calling. In case you're in the US, Late Rooms in the UK and so the time difference and international calling is a huge hazzle. I created an account online thinking I could modify the reservation, but not possible. This is the only downside to this site that I eperienced.
