Flowers were delivered without anything to say who they were from and 11 days after order greeting card still hasn't arrived. Call centre offered no refund after pushing I have been told I'll get a refund for the card. Have also been told that it is common place for flowers to be sent without cards and as for next day delivery forget it. Please don't use this company if you want a guarantee that something will be delivered as requested on time.
