“avoid at all costs”

at time of booking with qwerty travel, i was unsure of the amount of baggage we wanted to take. The person making our booking said dont worry call back when you know. Within an hour i called back to add one case to be advised that i had to call their admin dept monday morning. I did this and was told by some very rude woman working there that i had to pay an admin fee to add a bag on top of the baggage fee. I disputed the matter with them and asked them to listen to their tape recording of the booking to verify that at no time was i advised that there would be an admin fee to do this. They continued to argue. I wanted to speak with the manager but she was never available, eventually i spoke with her but she too didnt back down. I then asked if i could check in with easy jet and they said yes...this is not true as you cant check in with easyjet unless you make the booking yourself. As they made the booking they are the only ones able to access the booking. Consequently we couldnt get seats together on the flight. The numerous phone calls to them were costly as i was calling from Spain and the attitude of the staff was disgusting. We had a dreadful holiday in Egypt and now writing a letter of complaint which as you would expect has been palmed off..They are unprofessional and dont appear to know what they are doing. My advice is steer clear and use a reputable company
