“Better than mass produced franchised diets ”

My wife was looking for an alternative to going back on Slimming World. Shes been on Slimming World for the last 12 years and I believe the word is yo-yo, its a cycle she had to break. I found her the Amanda Hamilton detox diet. Its not the cheapest but it is completely personalised. Everybody has a different metabolic rate, so its personalised to your rate rather than generic llke slimming world. It gives you simple recipes to follow and creates your shopping list for you which takes out some of the hard work . You get a dashboard which is easy to use, top nutritionists on hand and a support community of others carrying out the diet. My wife lost the 5lbs the first week she was on it,thats all that matters to her.
