“I USED to truset them”

I have shopped at Ebuyer for years (my first order was in 2008) and ever since then i have done nothing but sing their praises to all and sundry.

Sadly that is no longer the case. I now have doubts.

In my latest order i spent over £1000 and in the order came a processor in a metal box. the box was badly dented and the original seal broken (please note this was packed in a cardboard box and well wrapped). I originally was happy to try the thing out and see if it worked, but after being promised a response on Friday afternoon (I called at ~4) and it did not emerge my good will evaporated.

Closed all weekend (very unusual for a shop!) I contacted them on Monday lunch time (today) and 4 phone calls later i have finally got the return details. To do that I spent over an hour paying for the phone call.

I must be fair to them they are always good at taking things back and their returns but i am slightly disillusioned with this latest treatment and am hesitant to use them again.

Ebuyer please don't disappoint me again.
