“Shocking After Sales”

After purchasing and fitting a hob from Premier Range, the hob started to leak gas. We returned this and had it replaced without any problems. We were told to have the new hob fitted and they would refund the fitting charges. I send all the paperwork for the fitting and now they are refusing to pay saying that the gas fitter has charged us too much!! They want to speak to the fitter but the fitter has said that no one has tried to contact him.

Tom, the manager there is very rude and not willing to listen at all.

Avoid this company - better to buy from John Lewis as you will end up paying the same amount anyway and you will at least get the service!
