“Excellent care and attention by Fleetway”

When we arrived in Sharm we landed at terminal 1 which was a pleasant surprise as last year it was the old terminal 2.We were met by Fleetway representative who gave us all our information and then took us to our minibus and to our hotel.Grand Plaza is a nice Hotel as are most of the hotels are.Most of the Egyptians were helpful and friendly,and they love the children.Animation team were great.The main swimming pool that was the only one heated did not have any graduation in depth,fortunately my granddaughters can both swim but nanny would liked to have put her feet on the floor.We all enjoyed our stay and will be going back again and will definiately use Fleetway again.
The rep rung me the day before departure to confirm pickup time and once again cannot fault how efficiently that was done.
