I cant stress this enough. i can tolerate goods being late and out of stock etc. but paying for a product i returned is the last straw. Returned a pans set and after a month it still had not been credited into my account. I didn't even bother calling the expensive customer service number but contacted them through email. they claim to have not received the parcel i returned at my cost even though i used a courier service who have the name and signature of the person that received the parcel and the time the parcel arrived at its destination. I have been in touch with the Citizens advice cause i clearly will not get anywhere trying to talk to these people. as far as im concerned they are out to get every single penny they can get from their consumers at every turn with their poor quality products, terrible customer service and their expensive customer service numbers. STAY CLEAR
