I am so disgusted with littlewoods i bought a kobo vox ereader in June from them worked fine unill sep was away to use it and for some strange reason it cracked the screen from inside. So in sep i phoned littlewoods to say it was faulty got told to it would get picked up which it did and that my account would be credited with £189.99 this did not happen got the kobo back which had to pay £3.95 for getting it back have had nothing but hassle . Sent an appeal letter heard nothing sent another letter still heard nothing. Then got a phone call as soon as i mentioned trading standards the women and guy couldn't have been any nicer. But even from then still haven't got any further forward and it wasn't a cheap item either and from late nov/dec they now don't sell the product? wonder why. Also when received it back they added another 4 cracks to the kobo as when it was sent away it only had 1 crack inside now has 5. All i want is another one not like i want my money back which i think i should as all the hassle i have had with this.
