“poor customer service”

Sent an email to customer service a week before renewal, asking to leave the AA and for them to confirm this. Got a reply saying I had 2 options, they could call me to discuss why I wanted to leave, or I could call them to discuss it. I replied saying they could ring if they wanted but I want to leave and don’t appreciate being messed about – no reply or phone call. A few days later they then TOOK THE RENEWAL money out of my bank. They apologised and said it will take upto 21 days to refund it.
