Good Points
Good, friendly, clear and informed customer service

Bad Points
Yet to find them. They could always be cheaper I suppose

General Comments
I'm writing this as I was so surprised to see the comments people had written about Diamond Car Insurance. Honestly, I've been with them for approximately 6 years, and I have made at least one claim. This was dealt with satisfactorily and efficiently with no 'surprises'. So I am really sorry for those not having had the best service, but also to let others out there know that they can be great!
