Its official!! I am in deadlock with Three UK. They have done all they can to try to sort out my issues, but have decided that they have already done enough. Now I can move on at last and take my case to the Ombudsman. They have prevaricated for months and have decided to back up their overseas call centres' lies. Don't know how it will work out, I just hope the Ombudsman will have an open mind.
