“very bad customer service”

the customer service for this company is appalling!! i spoke to one of there staff on the 8/2/13, the lady was so unhelpful and she could not wait to get me off the phone, whenever i try to get through them on the phone i have to hold for approximately 5-7 minutes then straight to dial tone.
the website always crashes when i try to access my account. i'm sorry woolworths but i will (not) be a repeat customer.
