“Fanatical Support”

I contacted Simple Servers nearly 3 months with a cluster requirement for our sport website. Our site had outgrown our old setup and we were keen to get our page load times down to under a second now our traffic had increased.

The tech guys at Simple made things really easy and we met at their datacentre to go through our first design. along the way im sure we have tried their patience changing specs however on thursday we received the go ahead to launch our new site on our custom cluster. its early days yet however initial testing has proved these guys know their stuff, the load balanced cluster is performing at a ridiculous low load with exception page speed giving us room to grow at a cost less than half of some of the comparison quotes we received from the more well know hosts.

we have a good relationship with the management and tech team, know the data centre is of the highest standards from our visit and hope to now increase our advertising and revenue knowing we are in safe hands
