“don't expect too much”

The sales rep promised that everything would work to sort the damp but after 2/3 year ssince it was installed I've stil got the same problem. They came back several times but all they could say was g'give it more time'. Not what you want when you've had promises and paid a lot of money and still have to solve the problem.
