“Easy to use e-commerce site at a really good price”

New project/store went live with EKM in January. We found the standard templates good, but we have invested in a store which was coded from an EKM template and we are very pleased with the results. Our developers adapted our brand design to the EKM template/cart without any major problems, and during the process we have contacted support a number of times for guidance, and apart from having to be on hold sometimes, the support has been excellent. Prior to selecting EKM we looked at POWA, Big Commerce and Magento, and whilst they are all good, they did not work for us, for various reasons.

We have today ordered a second store, to move an active site to EKM, as our current provider charges us £50.00 a month and does not have half the features we receive with EKM.

We learnt a lot about EKM designs from spending time checking out all the showcase stores, the templates and their features, which we would recommend any new user to do. The same with the EKM backend you will need to invest a little time in learning all the features.

Our experience with EKM is very positive and our view is for only £20 per month you get a product that would otherwise take months to build and probably cost you tens of thousands of pounds to develop.
