“Excellent Customer Service”

This site offers the lowest rate going to Philippines and international air fare. Not only that they also have 24/7 customer service agent to talk to if you have concern and inquiry. they e-mail and update you if your flight have changes and provide you some options.

My flight got changed due to airline voluntary cancellation and they notify me right away with options and they advise me to contact the airline if i don't agreed to the option they provided and I did. i having problem with PHILIPPINE AIRLINES CUSTOMER SERVICE for not e-mailing me the updated itinerary and issuing my e-tickets. I waited a week and spoke to them 3 times and getting different answers. I finally contacted the BT- Customer service and they responded promptly and be able get the updated itinerary and issuing my e-tickets in a day....that's what you call excellent service!!!!! thanks BT-Store :-)
