“Bad support and comunication”

I have bee with eUKHost for years and every time there is an issue i feel i need to move away. (I have a re-seller account)

The server works ok, but I find their support (while not necessarily slow) is often a painful experience. They do not feed back proper information on the issues they do not often communicate the issue or the resolution properly.

Sometime dealing with them is like hitting your head against a brick wall. If there is some strange issue or difficult issue they just don't deal with it properly of often the response is just that its not possible.

I had an issue with Plesk recently (to do with licence keys), and eUKhost said it was not possible to solve. I phone plesk ans they said it was possible and simple.

I have worked with other ISP and gotten a much better service. Over the last year, all new sites have been hosted with other companies with better support.
