Appalling service from

Topshop emailed to say my order was being dispatched. Still nothing 2 weeks later.

Now 3 weeks later Topshop emailed to say they are refunding my money - no reason, nothing mentioned whatsoever.

I emailed to ask why they are refudning and why they have not sent my goods.

After another few days they reply and claim there was a problem with my address and the courier is returning the parcel.

My address is long registered on Topshop and have had many successful deliveries from them so that was a lie.

I checked into Hermes tracking and it states Topshop didn't hand any parcel to Hermes.

Hermes never tried to deliver as they didn't ever have my parcel.

So Topshop have blatantly lied to me to cover themselves.

To make matters worse they won't refund me until the parcel arrives back with them form the courier.

More lies lies lies.

Beware of this company as it is not trustworthy.
