“should have gone to the shop”

i ordered my products on the 13th of january. a week later i hadnt received them so i rang customer care and they said some of my products were out of stock and that the rest will be in tomorow and then theyl be dispatched. waited another week and no sign rang again and they said again some of my items were out of stock and that half of my items should be arriving soon and the other half in a week or so. its the 29th of january and no sign. absolutely disgraceful since they said itl take four days to deliver. now i stuck in no mans land since i need the products but im afraid that if i go buy them the products will arrive by courier and i cant afford to do that
