“Be very, very careful when ordering online. No going...”

First time I've used next online but NEVER again. Added items to basket and went to payment. Before paying,I decided to go back to look for something else but the items disappeared from my basket. I went through the process again and tried to pay by card. With 1 click I had a duplicate order placed in a debit account I did not want. I can not cancel the orders nor can I see any information in recent activity or tracking information. This is a disgusting way of getting people into debt. Far to easy to make a mistake and there is no going back.It is now going to cost me money for delivery and return of items I didn't want. Be very very careful if you use this service
