“No Contact”

I booked a car on line for a couple of days while in Dubai. They took my deposit and send the details by e-mail, so far everything OK. I wanted to contact the office about a query I had, but the phone was never answered, so I decided to go to the office at the address given. No office and nobody in he management office of the building had heard of the car hire company. I sent an e-mail to cartrawler who sent me one back giving me the same address. So I cancelled the booking asking for my deposit back (so far no answer) I then received an e-mail from the car hire company to remind me to pick my car up, unfortunately the e-mail address given wasn't valid. Overall would I use them again NO, would I recommend them NO (and I`m still waiting for my deposit)
