“Worst broadband ever but then again it is bt”

Where to start firstly sky advisors who are robots who read scripts and any off the cuff remark a customer says that is not in the script confuses them.We are told that bt insist on them doing a checklist before a bt engineer is notified.We are warned that if it is our fault we will be charged.Emails that will they say be answered within 24 hours either go unanswered or take more than a week to reply.Lets be clear sky to tv well even though it is expensive.But sky should stop selling bt broadband unless sky customers can contact bt direct instead of you unplugged this have you changed your filter etc etc.
