“Misleading and rude”

I too purchased a deal on Groupon for a trip for two next month, to find that they didn’t have anything available. I found this quite strange as I bought the 'Early Bird' tickets! I found the customer service when I called very poor. They said they would call back in 10 mins after some confusion their end and I had to call them after two hours. They behave completely unprofessional on the phone and I have just requested my money back from Groupon. Reading other reviews I feel I may have got off lightly. To all reading, a company to just avoid.
