Customer service is terrible!! The guy was rude even before I asked a dang question and he was trying to rush me off the phone before I even finished talking. I just wanted to know why I couldn't track my item. It was then I found out my item could take up to 21 days to arrive, and that's a might, cause they don't know where the heck it is. Why doesn't it say this somewhere on the website. There is no way I would have placed this order if I knew it could take that long. I thought 10 days max. I'm so mad! I wish I would have read some of the reviews prior to purchasing, which I normally do. So I blame myself on this one. Never again will I order from a company that holds their customers to such a low standard.
