Went on line to do my car insurance through a price comparison website. Hastings were not the chrapest but the provided the best cover for what i needed. All the policy documents were e-mailed through promptly and were easy to print off. I had a courtesy call to ensure I was happy with the service and if i needed any questions answered on my policy. The only downside is being charged to have documents sent through and the website discouraging you not to ring the call centre (I think extra charges may have been occurred) All in all good customer service and would recommend to others.
