Unbelievable how terrible the service is, if it was non-existent it would be an improvement. i was using a next directory account (because you have to if you want to buy from them online)surely there should be an option but i guess not. so i order some new suits, some presents for people etc. Pay it off straight after i purchase them so i don't have to do it later, next then send me an email at the end of the month for an outstanding balance! i contact there customer service by the phone, spend 40mins before i actually get to speak to a person! and then the "service team member" i speak to is very condescending and ill mannered, she then effectively tells me its not her problem and passes me on to someone else, fat lot of good he was as well! he doesn't try to help he just states what i already know and when i tell him i paid the balance off immediately after the purchase he just ignores me. i requested that they close the account and check the payment status on their system. i then get an email saying the account has been closed and the payment was found? how did they lose it in the first place its not a set of keys.

But sure enough next month i get another email saying that my failure to pay has meant i have incurred charges and forced them to take legal action, so i email them and ask them to close the account as i had already done this, took me three attempts just to close the account in the end (even though every time i was told they had done it) and next still disputes that i made the payments so I've had to send them proof from the bank. wonder if I'll get another email this month?

Just buy from somewhere else and save the yourself the hassle and if you do buy from them i hope it works out better for you than it did me, i won't ever use them again that's for sure.
