“Good Product - Service (response) Lacking ”

Patak's Biryani oven sauce - medium. The product was a brilliant price and not available in any local supermarket (Tesco, Asda etc.) Bought 6 jars and including the postage was still good value. Got a confirmation of the order which suggested I check the status on the website. Order did not appear against my name. Next day checked again, still didn't show so contacted Concord via email. No response. Checked again on the monday - still not showing so emailed again - no response. But, goods received on the Wednesday followed by an email I believe the next day saying they had a computer error. Unfortunately I have deleted all the emails because every one I open from them comes up with an error message .. /css/ ....(including this one!) so can't be sure of the date of the response but definately after the goods were received. On the whole I would buy again but won't get too excited if I get no visible order on line and the goods arrive!
