“Adding pages to passport”

Passport Pro professionals are very courteous and kind. It took one week after sending our passports to have them returned with new pages. I did find your web site quite hard to work through and it was not clear to me at first that there would be a separate payment made to the State Department. I am a frequent internet user, so do not usually get confused over these kinds of web sites; thusyou might think about how your directions could be made crystal clear. Thanks you for your prompt and courteous service.
