“THANK YOU ISN'T ENOUGH. SHOULD BE 10 STARS.”

We don't know where to start to thank Appliance world enough for the service they provided before Christmas. My Mother-in-Law, an 80 year old disabled lady who has been through so much had been let down by another supplier and her insurance company after her new fridge/freezer had broken down for the 3rd time. With no fridge/freezer and family arriving for Christmas the poor lady had just about given up with the stress. From the moment we contacted Appliance World they showed nothing but excellent customer service,reassurance, and above all kindness to help sort the situation out with only a few days before Christmas. Not only did they supply an identical appliance but after we had agreed a price and paid for the item I received a 'phone call from Debbie. Even though they had already got the sale 'in the bag'she had spoken with her boss and they made a refund which helped to pay for the electrician to install the new one, dispose of the old one, and replace all of the food that had been damaged. Just amazing service.Thank you so much to all you guys at Appliance world. You all deserve nothing but success and happiness for 2013.
