“pics don't match product”

After researching several online floral companies, I liked the New Born Baby Ducky #TO4N300 from Teleflora as the perfect welcome for my new grandchild. The product info and picture online indicated the arrangement would have spray roses, yellow chrysanthemums and white daisies, along with a sweet pink hat on the Just Ducky container. None of this was in the arrangement delivered to the hospital. The container was just four small berber daisies along with some green fern filler, and even the duck hat was missing. Teleflora needs to quality control the florists and remind them that customers have an expectation to receive a close likeness of what is posted in pictures online as well as the product description. That did not happen and I'll never order from Teleflora again. Any company that can't back their online sales won't make it in the 21st century.
