“Constant outage problems”

I joined Virgin media a year and a half ago and primarily use it for online gaming as I thought having a 60MB BB speed would be adequate, how wrong was I.

The only game I play, regularly is Battlefield 3 and it is unplayable due to constant lag. I am unable to join European servers and the American severs are not much better. You tube does not download properly and I cannot watch the iplayer through the PS3 due to constant buffering. This is all due to an outage problem - too many subscribers not enough bandwidth (orsomething along those lines) The problem has been ongoing for months and despite numerous attempts to remedy the problem (putting Router into DMZ and static Ip for PS3 no improvement) cancelled contract and moving service providers.

Customer services have been good shame about the product.
