“Online shopping and collect in store”

I bought a microwave online and after collecting it in store, at home I realized there was no glass turntable and worst, a

big indentation at the top of the microwave, the box didn't have a protection at the top. So, apparently their delivery

quality is not the best. I got a refund and believe me, I will never use them again to buy this kind of products online.Is

better if you buy in store and check all is fine before leaving.
